FAQ

Do I need to make a booking?

Reservations are HIGHLY recommended as slots fill up fast. We do love walk-in customers during all open hours of operation but this is strictly subject to availability.

How do I book?

We make it easy for you to book. Just click the BOOK NOW button on our website and follow the steps. We will guide you all the way, so anyone can do it.

Do I need to sign a waiver before I can jump at The Jump Park?

Yes. Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver to participate at The Jump Park. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must fill in and sign the waiver for you, but they do not have to be present when you visit the park.

I keep hearing about Waivers. How do I sign a waiver as this will be my first visit?

AT HOME: Waivers can be filled out online at home on your computer or mobile device by going to our website. Your Waiver is then emailed directly to us and we keep it on file.

AT THE JUMP PARK: (Not recommended subject to queues) In our reception you can complete your Waiver using our online Waiver Station. This is immediately sent to our receptionists who will quickly complete your entry to The Jump Park.

If I completed a waiver once do I need to do one again?

No!! All our waivers are done online and our general rule is that valid waivers are kept on file for one year. However, if you need to do a new one you can complete your waiver online at home before getting to the park and email it to us OR you can do one online at the park when you arrive (NOT RECOMMENDED: subject to queues).

VERY IMPORTANT: If you attended a birthday party or group event, your waiver will only be valid for that day. In this case, you will need another personal waiver completed the next time you come.

Is there an age limit?

If you can walk you can jump, however to avoid accidents very little jumpers are required to have a paid parent or guardian present at all times.  Jumpers during normal jump hours will be separated where possible by age/size and all jumpers must be able to follow rules. All jumpers under the age of 12 are to be under the supervision of an adult at all times.

Can I bring my own food inside?

Unfortunately not, we cannot permit any outside food or drink inside The Jump Park facility unless for a pre-booked and paid DIY Birthday Party.
